I started Custom Dog Training in 1982 by holding group classes at Kenar Pet Resort in Carmichael, California. I also worked at this kennel, cleaning and feeding, while attending La Sierra high school 1974-1978.

Ironbacks Black Velvet Touch was a female Doberman I handled and trained in the early 1980's. Her conformation was not that good and she was soft in temperament but I did show her to the Schutzhund VB. The same title is now known as the Schutzhund BH. This is the traffic sure companion dog title.
