Custom Dog Training was established in 1982. We began by teaching classes in a parking lot at a kennel in Carmichael, California. In addition to the classes, we provided in-home instruction as well as training for dogs boarding at the kennel facility.

In 1988 we opened an indoor studio at our current location in Roseville, California. Here we conduct classes and provide private instruction on a full time basis. Through the years we have studied many different training philosophies and have developed our own training techniques with the experience of working with thousands of dogs and their handlers. Each new student presents a different challenge. We look forward to helping each dog and handler reach their training goals and have fun in the training process.
